In accordance with our overall philosophy of maintaining low overhead costs, MMR has a fairly flat organizational structure. We believe in hiring the best professionals for the job and utilizing prescreened outsourced associated individuals &/or firms for specific needs. This allows us to maintain a broad, yet diverse, network of talented professionals in all genres, while keeping overhead low.
The organizational structure of MMR currently includes three levels of employees: executive level, manager level, and artist level, as follows:

*Artists with different instruments brought in from recording to live performance
Quality Assurance
MMR demands the highest quality products and service of all employees, prescreened outsourced associated individuals &/or firms. Professional and Best Practices Standards are outlined in writing, reviewed and agreed upon in advance of hiring employees and/or obtaining services from prescreened outsourced associated individuals &/or firms. Acceptance of MMR, Inc Professional and Best Practices Standards is mandatory prior to doing business with MMR, Inc. The studio managers and CEO/President review all work prior to the final release to assure our high quality standards.

Leadership Philosophy
MMR is a Talent Magnet firm, looking to hire only the best professionals to provide only the best service and products. With a fairly flat organizational structure and a staff that is empowered, our firm is quite nimble and able to navigate and accommodate the needs of our clients, customers and staff, alike. Our CEO/President leads the firm by hiring the best of the best people, capable of leading their area without fail or disaster. With this in mind, our CEO/President sets ambitious goals and holds meetings to provide guidance to meet our financial and product goals. Our managers are given the resources and have contacts, act as individual sectors that synchronize with each other every two weeks at our MMR meetings. Artists are brought in take an active role and pass on ideas, concerns and needs to the managers who then through their leadership decide on what to do. Communication is a large part of MMR, each manager is directly linked via PDA phone for any quick on the go decision making needs.
Job Descriptions
The job descriptions for Marble Mountain Records, Inc. will be as follows:
A/R/Accounting Manager
The A/R/Accounting Manager will handle all outside relations including artists and accountants. All emails coming into the infrastructure and phone calls will go through him/her. This person will handle all taxation, contracts and organization. This manager’s responsibility will be to hire and fire musicians. All percentages must go through the President before contracts are signed
Advertising and Production Manager
The Advertising and Production Manager will handle all of the hiring of engineers, engineering assistants and will act as the producer of the services and products in their purview. S/he will also handle all Advertising layouts and will work closely with the Accounting Manager as to stay within all financial goals. This Manager will accompany the President to special music oriented shows and meetings while keeping a keen eye on what our future product line should include.
Artists
Artists will be brought in via their respective genres and must: A-Respect the environment and its managers, B- Must understand and agree to the artist agreement with MMR, Inc.
